I actually can't remember when I painted this. Maybe around 1999 so it is a bit of an oldie. . I'm a bit notorious for starting my personal projects and then hiffing them aside (...until such time as they wish to co-operate!). I painted it for my parents and it still occupies a wall in their house. It is acrylic on canvas board with loads of texture added in. I have got another old sailing ship painting here at home that I should take a picture of as I don't think I have one of it. One thing I am pleased to have found is all my music so now I am loaded up in iTunes with many sounds to inspire me. :)
